  Tried to book an appointment over the phone, which my referral and the website clearly states that I can. The receptionist dismisses this and states that I’m unable to because she’ll reject the request and I’ll be told to walk in.
  I have very little free time due to work and do not have the time to sit and wait to be seen. Very disappointed that there are no accommodations.

  Rude staff and very incompetent. I called up to book an appointment and they said they don't take appointments. When I arrived every single patient had an appointment and were able to book one! I'm not going to wait more then I need.!!!

  Woeful service, making me needlessly wait while others seemed to get preferential in and out treatment. They're like smiling bullies, treating some well while mistreating the majority. Because why?

  I don't think I'll ever return. We came here for our week 8, week 12 and week 20 scans for our first successful pregnancy. I had the same sonographer (a woman) for both the week 8 and week 20 scan and I'm horrified in the experience we had. At week 20, a full 8 weeks after seeing our baby, we were excited. We were promptly told "if you want this done, you need to not talk". We sat in silence, for 35 minutes and walked out with two print outs and paid $260 out of pocket. Every woman I've talked to who went to another radiology didn't have an experience like ours. I'm really disappointed in the duty of care by this sonographer and can see why this clinic has gained such low reviews. This clinic does not align to Capitol Health or Capital Radiology's value or mission.
  
  While I can't fault the sonographer we had at week 12, we will never return here.

  My mother and I were made to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes once checking in for a scheduled appointment. While I understand appointment wait times can be expected at any medical centre, it was unusual when around 10 patients who came in AFTER us were seen BEFORE us. Confused, I asked reception to double check my appointment; it was only then when I approached reception staff, that my mother was seen for her appointment. Feeling frustrated, I asked reception why this was the case—staff could not properly explain why my mother was made to wait so much longer than many other patients. It appears her appointment was forgotten about or miscommunicated to radiologists. Either way, no apology was given, only a nonsensical explanation.
