  I wish I could rate it as 0 stars or negative
  Today I was at the clinic in the morning. I had a doctor's referral with me and I was asked to talk to a nurse called Michelle (not sure how to spell the name but she is blonde, wears glasses and has coloured eyes) to tell me about the test that we had to do. I was bullied by this nurse in the sense that she tried to make fun of me. She was angry and very impolite and disrespectful for no reason. She was very rude and didn't have manners. The practice manager needs to organize a meeting with the reception staff especially this nurse called Michelle to train them and teach them how to talk and respond to customers' inquiries. This is the second time that I have to deal with this behaviour from this nurse. I don't recommend this place at all.

  Terrible medical centre. Extremely unorganised. Had an appointment with a certain Dr at 9.30am. I arrive at 9.25am. At 9.45am I was informed he isn't coming in today. Waited a further 35 minutes to see another GP. Very poor service Here. Doctors never check your vitals and always feel rushed. Will be looking for a new medical centre.

  I have been going here 4 years with Dr Maher. She is very understanding of all my ailments in an older woman like me, such as ibs, sciatica pain, bronchitis e.t.c..... All the staff including the office, nurses and other doctors are very committed and hard working. The experienced is very rushed...there us not much time between appointments; but that is understandable, because the amount of time the doctors need to treat seriously ill patients is bound to increase and overlap into the next patient's time.
  So, I think we all need to have some understanding here and make allowances in our time schedules for the above.

  Worst I've been to, I've suffered from knee pain and my left knee locks when folded and pressure is applied, dr Hanna's advise was to stop bending my left knee and instead use my other right knee more often if I need to squat, dare I say more coz I have a very long history of stupid advise from most doctors at this centre, don't waste your time and go see someone who really cares, at this clinic ur just a number and they all have attitude and arrogance issues.

  I would not recommend this medical centre. There was a fee for a first client which I was not made aware of until I came in for my appointment. They don’t seem to care about their patience and it seems to me like they only want to push people in and out the door.
  There was not a full evaluation done of what I had come in for and little effort or care was taken during my appointment with the doctor.
  Receptionist are quite blunt/rude and clearly do not like their job which is not a nice way to enter. I left feeling quite underwhelmed at the care they provided for a medical centre and will need to go elsewhere for a second opinion.

  I usually try to go and see Dr Asmir but she was unavailable and had to see Dr Azer he did not thoroughly check my concerns and I was in and out in 3 mins left there with no help and I told him I was in a lot of pain and he didn't even look into my ear, what happened to checking ears, throat and blood pressure as standard, wont be back to see him.
